In the case of it being sent you will have to return the item to us once you have received it and you will receive a full refund for both the item and delivery charges. When goods are being returned, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage. The cost of returning goods is at your expense.
