Whenever you are required to provide any personal information such as debit or credit card details a “padlock” icon appears next to the address bar on the right hand side which indicates that the site is secure. Any personal information we may obtain from our customers when placing an order such as name, credit card and contact details will only be used for transaction verification purposes.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch, Solo, American Express, Delta, and Visa Electron. Goods will be sent once payment is received. The total cost of your order includes the price of the item and delivery charges. All prices include VAT.

When an order has been placed, you will receive an email receipt of the transaction confirming your order. If you do not receive this email please contact us at orderconfirmation@satinskydesigns.com.

Since all our handbags are handmade, when an order is placed we will make every effort to inform you of the product availability. Subject to availability of materials, it may not be possible to reproduce certain handbags. If the product is not available at the time of order we will further inform you as to the time required for you to receive your goods. If however, some of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will only charge you for the items dispatched.
